This is a photograph taken on Kensington, Sydney during sunset. The photo illustrates an apartment along the busy street of Anzac Parade. In my point of view the apartment is influenced by the Red House in London during the Arts and Crafts Movement and Bauhaus Architecture. Red bricks were used as a construction materials for the Red House as well as the apartment to illustrates the concept 'Honest to Materials'. The use of grey colour, steel, glass and the cubic shape of the apartment are the concepts of Bauhaus Architecture.
